SVC-01 · Design to hand-over

From the First Drawing to Hand-Over

Complex facility projects need someone who sees the whole picture, covers every angle and finds the safest, most cost-effective route. We run the project end to end, so production gets a facility that works and QA gets one that is documented.

Scope

What We Manage

The Protechtiv team takes responsibility for the engineering of the project, from the first review of user needs to the day production takes over.

  • 01Design of clean rooms, production facilities and laboratories
  • 02Construction supervision and coordination of architects and contractors
  • 03Installation and commissioning of machinery: production equipment, packaging lines and autoclaves
  • 04Process cycle development
  • 05Qualification of equipment, utilities and rooms
  • 06Hand-over, with documentation ready for QA release
Why it matters

Validation Is Planned From Day One

Requirements are written so they can be tested. That saves the rework that comes from qualifying a facility designed without QA in the room.

Single source

One Team Owns the Gaps

Between the architect, the HVAC contractor, the equipment supplier and QA, someone has to own the whole. That is our job.

Hands-on

Engineers on Site

Our engineers install, commission and qualify themselves. They know what the equipment does, not only what the documents say.
